The Crescent delivers a comfortable stay with good-sized rooms and plenty of free parking. Wi-Fi was strong, and the location is only a 10-15 minute walk from the town center, which is great for exploring Reading's attractions. the check-in process was smooth and welcoming, making for a pleasant start.

Rooms too small and cleanliness issues evident. Several lights out in corridors created a dark and potentially unsafe environment. Noise from other guests made it hard to get a good night's sleep, incredibly bothersome at night.

The key access to the front door was a lifesaver! 😅 But, wow, the room was filthy, with a grimy window and dusty everything. The staff weren’t friendly either. Not worth the hassle!

Had a lekker stay! The bed was comfy and the brekkie had good coffee. I appreciated the peaceful vibe. Parking was a breeze. Wi-Fi was a nice bonus.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel seemed a bit tired and could use some refreshing. It would be great if they added more kid-friendly activities around the property.

I stayed in a Twin Room en suite for 4 nights, and it was pretty basic. The bed was comfy, which was a plus! I liked that there was lots of hot water. the shower settings were a bit erratic. The place felt worn out with some dirt in the corners. A friendly guy helped me with my bags at check-in, but the noise from other guests was annoying at times. It's not a luxury spot, but it did its job.

This place fits me perfectly with free parking, Wi-Fi, and 24-hour security. On my first stay, the staff kindly returned my forgotten headphones. I always feel welcome and am coming back for another trip.
